The phone is quite good. My mother bought it she is 82 years old. Finds it difficult to use. It’s not as good as it looked on Amazon. Think twice is buying for the elderly!

Great phone for my dad whose hearing has declined. Boost function works extremely well.

If I could I would give a minus score
The ring tone is not much louder than my existing BT phone, and although with boost button the reception in the earpiece is better, it was not worth the effort and cost of replacing the existing phone. If this is supposed to help hard of hearing then it must only work with slightly deaf people, does not help my wife much at all!
