Easy to use and adjust after put it on. My back felt really tight the first couple times I tried. I hope it will help my round shoulder problem. The only thing that I would recommend would be having a demo video to instruct all the customers because I was little bit confused when I first got it. I didnt know how to put the belt through by reading the instruction and I still dont know what would be the exactly proper postsure that I am pursuing by adjusting it. The material feels good and it's light to be carried around. I'm planning to wear it while driving for a long distance. Overall, I think this product is a great fit for my need.

I sit in front of a computer all day for work. It’s difficult to remember to keep a good posture throughout the day. By mid afternoon I am already slouching badly, and along with the poor posture come backache, neck pain, and even shoulder pain. I love this simple and cost effective solution. I wear it over my shirt or sweater under my jacket. It looks sporty and serves as a great reminder throughout the day.

Works somewhat, but it's quite uncomfortable and difficult to get on by yourself. The straps are too short to get your hands around your back to tighten it into position. When you've finally wrestled it on, be prepared to be uncomfortable. I'm 5'6" and medium build and it was almost impossible to get into. Teach yourself to be more mindful of your body posture would actually be easier to deal with.Update: Gave it another try and now wish I had returned it within the time frame allowed. This was a total waste of money. The straps are so short it's next to impossible to reach back and grab the straps to adjust. If I could give it a -1 I would. Do not buy this devise, it's an uncomfortable and almost impossible to put on posture corrector.

I have struggled for a long time with pain in my shoulder blades, so I was pretty excited to try this brace. The chiropractor has always told me that if I have better posture, that pain will subside. This brace gives me that posture. It took me a few hours to get used to it and then I really started feeling better! I have been wearing it especially during my morning walk and I feel so much better after. This is a great product for a good price.

I had ordered one and they inadvertently shipped the wrong size. Their customer service was superb. They really went out of their way to take care of me. I am really thrilled at the quality and fit of the new one. I'd recommend this to anyone. At first your underarms will be a little sore from the straps. But as you get used to it, it won't be a problem. I like this one because I can wear it under my shirt and you can't really see it.

If rubs up against your under arm the straps are plastic type so after a while it starts to cut into your skin you can wear clothes under it but unless your tee shirt is 4 inches thick you will eventually start feeling the straps rub you up under your arm and since there is no front straps it will just pull in the back. Its uncomfortable after about 30 minutes so cant really say it works since I cant wear it long enough to see any improvement. Spent money on an item I cannot use...smh.

This is a comfortable, simple solution to a chronic problem-definitely give it a try. I was able to easily put on and adjust the corrector in seconds and don’t feel that it hindered my movement but definitely helped me maintain a better posture. If you suffer from back or neck pain, tend to slouch or are at a desk all day I recommend this corrector. I’m excited to see the long term effects as I build up wearing it more often & over the coming weeks & months.

I’m not sure if I was sent the wrong size or what, but I ordered the small size, and the straps are way too long. When I pull them taught enough for me shoulders to be pulled back. And that’s with them doubling ALL Athens way around (which is uncomfortable). I’m bummed because I think this would have helped me a lot if it was sized correctly. I’m a fairly narrow shouldered female but still should fit according to the size guidelines.
