Here is EVERYTHING you need to know. Once I received the bean bag it took about 20-30 minutes to break apart the inner memory foam. After that I noticed a strong smell this is because it is not CERTI-PUR US grade foam. The smell went away for the most part after the first 48 hours but doesn’t mean the gasses still aren’t there. The first 24 hour I was disappointed because it still looked pretty flat. After a week it looked completely full and I was satisfied. Best way to use it is to turn it a quarter turn before every time you sit in it. So over the next month I noticed whenever I laid down in it for awhile I would get back up and notice a tightness in my breath and realized it was chemicals in the lower grade foam they used. So if you have asthma, a sensitive respiratory system or maybe allergies or just really concerned with air quality I would stay away - otherwise it’s a very comfortable and LARGE bean bag.

At first I thought, "Wow this is huge!" But it flattens very quickly. We've allowed it ample time to fluff and spent several days breaking up the chunks and tossing and fluffing it. Only to find that you'll nearly hit the floor once you've used it a few times. Fluffing in between each use is a MUST for adults, but not as needed for smaller children. My biggest disappoint that I noticed is once the chair was fully fluffed there were several faint brown stains all around the chair. Since we purchased tangerine so at first I wasn't sure if they were shadows, but when we started flipping it around and investigating further we found they're some sort of stain. Very disappointed that I received a recycled or returned cover. Ours also had tons of little foam scraps all along the zipper line that I had to vacuum and use tape on and they still haven't all come off, it would be fine if you could keep the chair in one position, but again you must move it around and fluff it constantly to sit somewhat comfortably.Another update as of 07/11/2018:After less than 6 months this product has become extreme flat and stiff. It's not soft and fluffy anymore and my 40 lb 4 year old sinks straight to the floor after trying to fluff and plump it back up. We originally purchased this as a more functional crash pad for him as the special needs crash pads are very very expensive and uncomfortable to sit in, but I honestly want expecting this to go flat after only being used by a small child and not even on a daily basis. I wondered if taking the cover off and washing and drying it would shrink it a little and help it hold its shape again, but you can't remove the cover without having millions of tiny foam pieces all over the place and my child has sensory disabilities and PICA making this a dangerous option for us. We are looking into a better quality chair WITH a removable cover option and tossing this one.

It does smell at first, but is a "new sofa" smell. It eventually fades. I actually liked it. It was not unpleasant, but then, again, not everyone smell things the same way. It is very cozy, and Big! I got the 5ft chocolate one. My husbands and I fit comfortably. He is 6ft and I'm 5'5. I love to read on it. Or, somethimes, just relax, leasing to music 🎶My husband can't stay awake in it. Every time he lays in it he passes out, lol. He said he likes it too. He is very picky when it comes to chairs, because he hates when he gets hot 🔥☀️☄️ But he never complains about the beanbag being "hot" even after chilling in it for an hour or so. The fabric is very soft, very refreshing and breathable. You don't have to fluff it to make it "cold" like some beanbags required. But, you do have to fluff it every time after use. If you want to get that cozy body hug feeling again.It Has to be use against a wall, if you want back support. If not, you will be looking at the ceiling a lot. I suggest getting at least one body pillow, and a few little pillows for arm rest wile reading, and neck support.I also got a heated blanket when I want to be cozy and warm.I have had it for over 3months, and I use it every day or so.Great purchase!If you do get the 5ft, be prepare to make it the centerpiece of the entire room. PROS:+ Is comfortableCONS:- Mine is definitely not 5 feet and I've given it 2 days to expand before using it. It's less than 4.5 feet in diameter.- Chemical smell (might go away over time).- Cloth material is super wrinkly.- A little more filling would have been ideal.- The color is not consistent. In some parts it has lighter shades.

This bean bag chair is huge and awesome! I've attached a picture showing it in our den where you can compare it to our full sized sofa and love seat. My 7 year old daughter and 11 year old son argue over who gets to have the bean bag, and once they're in bed either my wife or I enjoy lounging on it while we watch tv. The whole family loves it.The bean bag is stuffed with small pieces of foam, and it arrives super compressed with the foam in a big chunk. We broke up the foam into smaller chunks to help it expand more quickly, and were able to use it right away. The foam stuffing makes it really comfortable. The cover is sturdy and durable, and it's really soft to the touch & comfy too. This thing is really heavy, and the weight and bulk make it a bit of a chore to move, especially if you have to move it around other pieces of furniture.Children can easily sit on the bean bag with feet off the floor. I am 6'2", so I sit with feet and legs stretched out in front onto the floor. One nice thing about this bean bag chair is that it is big enough and has enough stuffing that you can shape it somewhat to preference. My kids like it fairly flat, while I like to shape the back higher and the front lower for more back support.Bottom line - we love this chair. It's big, it's comfortable, and it's awesome!

the beanbag chair is nothing like what it looks in the pic. You can wait 5 days or 15 and the bag will not expand any more than it did within the first few hours of opening it up. You can't sit up straight because its more like a beanbag bed and you need to balance yourself as unlike a bed pr a chair there is no back support to this thing. I contacted Amazon to send me either a different beanbag chair or some extra foam filling but they can't help. If you're looking for a beanbag chair, look elsewhere, this is more like a bean bag stool!

I was one of the crazy people who was willing to spend a $1,000 for a Love Sac, however they do not ship to Canada; so this was the next best thing.For the price it works! It’s huge and just to give some context I am almost 5ft8 and as you can see in one of my pictures that I look tiny in it. Since it’s memory foam you will sink the longer you sit in it, however it’s not uncomfortable if anything it’s better as the foam forms to your body shape. I did add extra foam since I had a memory foam bed topper and decided to cut it up and toss it in to give it that extra fluff.The foam that comes with it isn’t high quality and some bits are hard and sharp like melted plastic, so if you decided to open the sack and pull apart the foam like I did, just be prepared for a few scrapes; I will also say to have some dryer sheets on standby as the foam starts to cling to you and if you rub your hands and arms down with the dryer sheets it stops the foam from static clinging, then just toss the used dryer sheets in the sack to help get rid of the chemical smell.You will need to fluff it after each time someone lays in it, but it’s not that difficult to do.Only downside to this is there isn’t an inner shell that holds the foam, so the fabric you see on the outside is what’s containing the stuff on the inside, so if you happen to get it dirty you’re kind of screwed on washing it.

We got the adult sized one for our kiddo and it's GIGANTIC. It arrived vacuum sealed into a large heavy cube. We did have to cut the outer zippered liner off (exactly as the instructions said might need to happen) and then opened it up. The vacuum sealing was pretty impressive. We pulled at the foam block through the fabric to loosen it up. By the next morning the foam was already re-inflating and it's getting bigger every day as we fluff it and the foam expands. The ONLY reason it's 4/5 stars is because there is no liner (there is a double zipper - which is great). There is no way to get the foam out easily if you need to wash the cover. If it had a mesh zippered liner inside that was removable - that would make it even better.

Not cheap, but super comfy and huge. Worth every cent. No other furniture compares to these in terms of comfort. You have to fluff them up before every use for maximum comfort, but even without it they feel great.We've been using 3 of them during a few months, and the whole family loves them.They arrive in a compressed form, but If you follow the instructions, they will be usable in a couple of days, and achieve the most comfortable state in less than a week for sure (probably 3-4 days).Interestingly, they are not exactly the same - all 3 are slightly different in softness and perhaps amount of foam inside, but all 3 feel awesome.

The item arrived missing at least a third of its memory foam filling and to get it to be at least functional, I’ll have to spend over 100 dollars to get more memory foam. I feel ripped off big-time. There are also two zippers on the item, an interior and an exterior one. The interior one was broken. Very disappointed, will not be getting anything else from these people.
