when I started vitamin D3 supplement 2 month ago - immediately leaky gut/IBS/blooated stomach syndrom started... I did not know vit D3 supplement can cause Zinc deficiency. May be I was too low in Zinc then. I researched and treated my self with Probiotic, glutamine powder for bloated stomach and what not. Nothing helped. I researched more and found that Zinc deficiency may cause acne, skin itching/rashes, cold/flu blurred vision and bloated stomach. I had all these issues but not at alarmingly high. Without a second thought ordered Unived zinc...Just arrived today at 5pm via amazon super courteous delivery. Thanks Amazon...Immediately opened the bottle and took one 30mg pill with water. 20 minutes later got a long burp which relieved this bloated stomach syndrome and I am feeling a lot better. Thanks a lot.....

Though I am taking a single capsule after breakfast .not yet felt anything bad or great .Since zinc & vitamin c tablets are available in chemist shops at very less prices .I really wonder why the capsule is 4 times costlier .Yet I haven't understood the reason .So my verdict dont buy this product as you can get best zinc& vitamin C from chemist shop quite easily .

Hearing a lot about the importance of zinc during this pandemic, I decided to give this one a try. I’ve been happy enough with it to make repeat purchases. I don’t take many supplements, but this has become a staple.

This is an doubtful product as I am feeling, may be co has there own ways. I urge people think twice to buy on line these supplements. My poor countryman thinking all on line as genuine as original but story is different. Better buy supplements from market.

Best for immunity booster. But take it on alternate days not everyday because more zinc will reduce magnesium ( and copper ) in your body. Magnesium highly important for everyday heart and bone health. My nutritionist recommended along with unived magnesium for immunity and digestion problem. When I took unived zinc one day after tea in the morning my sleep went off and felt energetic. Usually I am lazy in the morning with my head full of sleep.

Good product with the right amount of zinc. Would be better if it had only zinc and not vit c and alfalfa along with it. Best part is that it is entirely clean - clean capsule as well as clean ingredients, and is very affordable.
