What is Bluebells nationality?

The Bluebell I received in January 2023 had a light brown complexion, not the fair pink represented in the picture. She is a lovely doll, just not as I expected.

Does the dolls hair fall out when it’s combed ?

Not that I'm aware of. My granddaughter got it for Christmas. She is 7 and got a new iPad too. So I'm not sure the doll's hair has been combed a lot. Sorry I wasn't more help.

Would a doll dress with a 12 inch waist & shoulder to hem of 10 inches fit this doll?

Hello; The Glitter Girl doll clothes are compatible with 14'' inch dolls but we cannot guarantee a perfect fit.

Are these dolls certified non-toxic? That's important for American toys.

I don't know that. On the bottom of the box, in very small print it reads: "All Glitter Girls products meet the US and Canada safety standards" I don't know if is the material of which are made is nontoxic. I don't know either, because I couldn't read where they are made at. Possible in China. The dolls appear made in light skin tone in the picture online, but actually they are a lot darker in physical. I bought few of them for gifts, but they are all dark, so they don't have that glow as the appear to be.
