Completely broken due to neglect.
Terribly disappointed with the product. The glass jar was shattered to bits. It was a gift to a friend. The packaging did not even have the box marked as fragile. there weren't enough shock absorbing items in for the glass jar. Glass powder fell all over my friend's lap and we are lucky he did not get hurt. We did not click a photo, we were busy cleaning the glass dust that fell from the box.
