Do I need to keep the key in while riding?

YES. You must keep the key inserted and in the ON position during the entire ride. Remove the key only after parking.

What type of discharge port does this battery have?

This battery has a 5-pin discharge port in the standard DCH-006 position. Please compare the port location with your original battery – if the position is different, it will NOT connect to your bike.

My battery measures 430×100×43mm – will it fit?

The width difference (100mm vs 102mm) is usually okay as there's slight tolerance in battery compartments. However, if your battery is wider than 102mm, it likely won't fit. For best results, match all dimensions as closely as possible.

This is a very good product and the support I received was outstanding. I ordered the wrong part for a step over Lectric e-bike and customer service worked with me to return that one and receive the correct one(step through). I really appreciate all they did and the new battery is working great!
