I have tried a few waist trainers in the past but this is the first one to have both the hooks and zip. The hooks are the fiddly bit as, with all the trainers, but with the zip there is a hook on top which makes it so much easier to just zip up! I ordered a medium for size 12/14, it’s comfortable but a little big so would definitely try a size small and use this medium for workouts. I was slightly hesitant as thought that maybe the boning would be uncomfortable but you honestly can’t feel it! It just offers so much back support (great for posture when sitting most of the day), holds you in and is really quite comfortable. Great product. Review: Great product - I bought this product and I didn't know what to expect, I thought it was going to be way to tight, but to my surprise it was not. I tried it on and then I was like ok this is really comfortable. I was able to sit bend and do lots of things in it and it did not roll up or down once. I also did it up to the last set of clips and it is really comfortable. The material does not itch the skin or irritate it, I can't belive how great this is next to my skin. I was worried that when I took it off I would be rubbing my skin but not at all. I bought the 3 x as my tummy is not flat and it fits I will definitely buy from them again but I will buy a smaller size. A comment on the material is that it is stretchy so the waist wouldn’t be reduced. Hope this helps. **Q: How long should it be worn a day ?** A: I wear mine all day from 7am til 7 pm but I guess it depends how long you feel comfortable in it. **Q: Should I return it and size down if I’m able to clip it on the tightest loop?** A: If it is loose on the tight fit hook than go size down. For me the third hook is tight on a 2xl and I wouldn't go down a size just yet as it is just perfect to tuck me in. My waist size was at the maximum of the xl and so went up a size. I don't expect to see immediate results, but with it on and seeing less of a bloated stomach is a bonus for me. **Q: What are the instructions on drying?** A: Hand wash, dry on line or maiden, you will destroy it if use in a dryer. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Quality Waist Trainer *by J***S on 26 June 2020* This is a great quality waist trainer made of thick fabric which looks like it will last a long time. Great product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made but too soft *by N***Y on 21 April 2024* I ordered in accordance with the size guide but the waist trainer is too big. Hooking on the third row and still not cinching much. I can also tell the material is too soft and will roll top and bottom. Returning for a smaller size with arm straps to keep in place. I'd recommend sizing down. I'm a 38 inch abd ordered and XL which is not snug enough. Otherwise, seems a good quality product for everyday use. ## Frequently Bought Together - Chumian 3 Clip&1 Zip 6 Steel Boned Waist Trainer Corset Sport Workout Body Shaper Tummy Control - Chumian Women's Underbust Corset Waist Trainer Cincher Steel Boned Body Shaper Vest with Adjustable Straps - Bafully Womens Underbust Corset Waist Trainer Steel Boned Sport Workout Body Shaper Cincher Back Support --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/80317612-3-clip-and-1-zip-6-steel-boned-waist-trainer](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/80317612-3-clip-and-1-zip-6-steel-boned-waist-trainer) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
