Poly Plantronics - Blackwire 3220 Wired Headphones On Ear Headphones with Mic (Black)

Best sound quality, worth my purchase, I'm working more than 8-10hours a day and maximum time have to wear a headset for my calls and this headset is very soothing with much better clarity of sound at both end. Best part is I can connect it in PC via USB type A port and with USB to type C adaptor for Type C port hence, it will be dual use of the headset for my PC and Laptop too. Its a basic headset in this brand but worth a purchase. When I purchased the product seal was okay but it was in brown color box. I truly recommend the headset and the brand Poly/Plantronics, must try... don't think much just go for it

A good quality product and packaging also okay. I have tested in Windows 11 and the Rocky Linux 9.6 which is running on the kernel 5.14 which is also expected, but small noice able to hear. I have tested in Motorola Edge 60 which is running on the Android 15 also good. I able to see there Safety informations and regularity compliance but not the warranty information and registration link the documents they have provided. Overall good product but price little bit high

I spend 5-6 hours on calls ever day, and with lockdown wfh Things have got worse. I was recommended these from a work colleague and these have been fantastic. I take calls with international clients and business folks who hmget bothered with the sound of our ceiling fans, construction work and noisy neighbours playing dhinchak music. But these have excellent noise cancellation, and I have never heard a single complaint about background noise since I have used these. They are over the ear headsets, with both ears covered (those single ear ones are just silly), and are very comfortable. If you are on a lot of calls like me, do yourself and your colleagues a favour, throw away those cheap headphones you got with your Chinese mobile phone and buy these. Audio clarity : 9/10, crystal clear for voice (please don't ask about music quality for these) Volume : 10/10 ( I set audio to 75%) Microphone : 10/10, excellent noise cancellation Comfort: 8/10, comfortable for long hours, but not as comfy as my snug audio technica Durability: ??. Been using for 2 months and they are going great, but they do seem delicate, handle with care. Will update here when they break.

It's a robust product, mic is good. Has an option to mute in the product. Got 2 connectors, one is USB and another one is C type. Just a bit costly but worth it. I have used another headphones of the same brand. It was equally good.

Not very useful. While using it, you can hear the outer sounds easily, second your surroundings sound also goes to the sender to whome you are talking over headphone. No proper packing while receiving the items. I couldn't return due to expire of time of return

A good product for the price range. The voice quality and noise cancellation are quite good. However, it’s not very comfortable for long-term use. It’s lightweight and easy to carry, with good flexibility. Ideal for calls lasting 1–2 hours, but not recommended for people who need to use it all day.

I've tried many direct-connect USB headsets over the years, and have been putting a couple of them into overdrive use with COVID-19 work-from-home. Many computers/laptops have poor built-in audio processing, and the internal microphone or even headsets plugged directly into a 3.5mm headphone jack. I Previously had another Plantronics headset that while comfortable and good audio, the microphone had a lot of 'hiss' and would pick up the sound from the speakers which the person on the other side of a call or online conference would hear as echo. The foam pads and little side-pressure are key features for me as you can wear them for many hours straight without your ears getting sweaty, or sore. The foam also doesn't completely block out sound from the outside world, so you don't feel like you're in a vaccum when you put them on. Highly recommend these - and at the $50-$60 range in Canadian dollars, its fantastic value compared to many other options!
