I had a number of gig and band t-shirts that were taking up a lot of room in my drawers. I had no intention to wear them but I also cannot bear to throw them out and so this vacuum storage solution seemed ideal. I was actually blown away by just how easy this is to use you can get an awful lot of clothing into just one small bag, you simply seal the top using the supplied clip to get a good overall seal and then unscrew the cap on the vacuum section plug the pump over the top loosely and press the button. You don't actually need to thread or attach the pump simply pressing it on top is enough and the two-way valve stops any air from escaping, or the vacuum becoming ineffective. Removing the air from these bags means that the t-shirts take up maybe one-quarter of their original size and now I simply store them under my bed. Absolutely brilliant, great value for money.

I originally bought these vacuum storage bags for holidays, thinking they would be handy for squeezing clothes into suitcases. Turns out they’ve completely transformed how I store bedding at home instead. I’ve recently got a bed with drawers underneath and used these to compress all the household bedding down and slot it straight into one drawer. Where I used to have a whole ottoman on the landing stuffed full of duvets and spare sets, it now fits neatly into one of four drawers under the bed, which feels like sorcery. The bags come in a really useful mix of sizes, so they’re flexible enough for everything from pillows and duvets to smaller items. An illustrated instruction leaflet is included and it’s genuinely helpful, no guessing required. The material feels thick and robust rather than flimsy, so I can see these lasting well with repeated use. When empty, they fold down fairly small too, which makes them easy to store without taking up space themselves. The electric pump works well and pulls the air out quickly. It is a bit on the noisy side, but it doesn’t take long at all, so it’s not an issue. There’s also a hand pump included, which is handy if you don’t want to plug anything in. Once sealed, the bags significantly shrink bulky items like woollies and bedding, and I also like that everything is sealed away from dust. It might even help deter moths, which is a nice bonus. Overall, this is a really good value pack and a genuinely neat solution for overcrowded storage spaces. Practical, effective, and one of those purchases that makes you wonder why you didn’t do it sooner. Highly recommended.

Our old vacuum bags had started to leak allowing the air to slowly get back into the bags so I ordered this set along with one other to replace the old ones as we have always found these to be very useful. On opening, this set of twelve bags are a decent thickness and are quite simple to use although it comes with only two large that are suitable for quilts and bedding however it does also come with five medium sized that work well for clothing and another five small which we haven't used yet but I'm sure we will find a use case for those too. along with the twelve bags comes a rechargeable electric vacuum pump that works pretty quickly at removing the air and reducing the thickness of the storage, also included is a hand pump which I would guess is a backup incase the battery runs low on the electric one. My wife and I have found these to be easy to use, we simply hold the electric pump over the valve on the bag after filling it with any contents that we want to store away, then with the press of a button the air is removed reducing the overall size for better storage. Even for contents that won't reduce in size very much such as thin manmade fabrics these are still useful for keeping the items clean and fresh for when they are next used. Overall, this set is of a decent quality although I wish it had a couple of extra large size for our winter bedding for when we change to summer however I did order another set to help with that so we do now have plenty for our needs. As far as the cost goes this set is comparable to most other sets that I have seen that are of a similar quality and the pump is a Nice addition.

These took a while to arrive, but once they turned up they’ve actually been excellent. You get a good mix of sizes (2 large, 5 medium, 5 small) which makes the set genuinely useful rather than just a pile of identical bags. I’m using mine to pack for Florida and they’re doing exactly what I hoped, massively increasing suitcase capacity. Hoodies, tees, even bulkier bits flatten down properly. The electric pump is the real win here. You can use a hand pump, but the electric one makes it quick and painless. It pulls a decent vacuum without feeling underpowered, and the bags hold their seal well once compressed. No slow re-inflating overnight so far like I have had with some 3D filament bags. The plastic feels thick enough to survive being shuffled around in a suitcase for a while. The double seal plus the valve cap feels secure and well thought out. As long as you close the zip properly (use the little slider thingie they include), they behave exactly as they should. For travel especially, these are brilliant. They turn “maybe I can fit that in” into “yeah, go on then.” For moving house or storing things off season they’d be equally handy. At £33.99 for 12 bags plus an electric pump, the value stacks up pretty well. Delivery delay aside, I’m very happy with them.
