I like the fact that I can program it to say or display nearly anything i want and i can edit any of the many preset images and animations it has already on the helmet, my only complaint is that it's kind of delayed and the auto signals and such are slightly to delayed no matter the settings it on I've almost nearly completed with the turn before it starts displaying. And i wish it would come with a headlight on the front as well but it's ok i just added my own to it

This led light up bike helmet from Gelrova is not only fun, it's also very much functional. What a great design, you've got a decent sized screen running across the back of the helmet, the screen is large enough that it should be visible enough even in the day time to give anyone behind a really good view of the awesome light show. Not only is the light show fun to watch but it's also a great way to let those behind you know what you intend to do as you ride ahead on your bike, skateboard, skates etc. The helmet comes with a small wearable device that you wear on your wrist like a watch, you can choose between quite a few preprogrammed led eyes that blink and some other fun patterns, and you also have real working turn signals and even a STOP sign to tell anyone behind you intend to hit the brakes.!!. I ride an electric skateboard and the small town I live in doesn't really have much in the way of bike lanes, tho there are a few bike lanes downtown, for the most part they're non existent here so I have to ride my skateboard in the street. Luckily there's never really much traffic so although it's relatively safe, it's really nice to be able to throw this helmet on and give the vehicles behind me a heads up on what I intend to do next, my electric skateboard does over 30 mph and even with the speed limit being just 25 mph there seems to be no shortage of drivers who , for some reason, just don't seem to understand that I'm moving very quickly on an electric skateboard and need space and a little distance between myself and their vehicle for safety reasons. Having the ability to actually use a turn signal or to light up that stop sign is a great way to communicate my next move at any given time, giving me a buffer zone. The helmet itself is very light, made of foam, designed in a way that allows lots of airflow to help keep your head cool on those hot summer days. I'm a bigger guy and as such I have a pretty big head but this led bike helmet fits me very snuggly and it has a buckle system for the chin strap to keep the helmet in place on your head. The padding on the inside of the helmet makes wearing the helmet very comfortable and makes for a pretty tight fit. At the time of me writing this review 2-14-26 , the helmet was listed at $34.⁹⁹ , making this a great value for the money and honestly having the ability to add even just a tiny bit of extra safety to my riding routine is worth so much more than the going price for this helmet. Such a great helmet and I can't say enough good things about it, from the simple charging with the included USB C charging cable to having the ability to control the lights at the touch of a button (which are worn on the wrist like a watch) this really is an all around great bike/skateboard helmet that's sure to please.

I have a number of these led sign type things. This one now, one installed on a baseball hat style, and a few of different sizes that can stick to windows. My minor frustration with previous ones I have is there is two different control apps between those sets. And now, with this helmet, there is a 3rd app that I need to control this. It would be great if these control apps could all talk to devices since they are all Bluetooth control, and then you could settle on just one. But that aside, this helmet is nice. It will work well for larger children or adults. The helmet and strap fit securely and do their job. And the power button for the led is on the back nicely attached. There is also a flip up type rubber cover that covers the usb port to charge. I always wish these were a hinged metal or harder plastic cover since the rubber style seems to break eventually. Maybe this will be the exception, and I really don’t even know how long the battery will last since I haven’t had it die yet, so maybe it won’t even get opened that much. Some of the included signs and animations can be useful for riding a bike or scooter. I have yet to figure out what the remote button type controls can do. Maybe I need to read the directions, but I almost always try something first to see how intuitive it is without any reading. The app did require a reconnection about 3 or 4 times when I first used it, but then stayed connected it seems after that. Not sure why. Again, if they all could used universal control app then I’d have a better idea if it was product or app problems.

I got this LED bike helmet with lights for my husband to wear. Mostly to impress our sons. :-) It just looks so cool, and I knew my kids would think it was awesome. We do a lot of family bike rides in the spring and summer, so this will work out perfectly for us. It comes with a remote control to access the turn signals and other safety features, which is a really nice addition. What’s even better is that there’s an app you can download to create different display designs. The app was easy to download and very user friendly. I was able to type a custom message and have it displayed within two minutes. The display is also very clear and bright. It arrived partially charged, but I put it on the charger for about 20 minutes just to make sure it was ready to go. That was three days ago, and we’ve been using it every day without needing to recharge it again. The fit is great and adjustable and pretty lightweight. You can easily change the size of the helmet using the dial on the back. It fits a large sized adult head comfortably, and it also fits my 9 year old when adjusted smaller. Overall, this helmet is so much fun, and my kids think it’s the coolest thing ever. It’s. Right and a great value. I would definitely recommend it! UPDATE: I did turn it off for about a week and then turned it back on and there was no charge. It was completely dead.

This helmet is really cool. My 6 year old absolutely loves it. He wore it almost the entire day when we first got it. It fits just as well as his other helmets and I like that I can tighten or loosen the internal adjustment so it fits his head properly. The images on it are really cute and that is definitely his favorite part. The battery also seems to last a long time, which is great. The only thing that would make this even better would be if there was an app where you could add your own images or customize it. That would be really fun for kids.

This is a bike helmet with a large LED screen on the back of the helmet. It comes with a variety of premade designs, but you can download an app (Google or Apple) and create your own custom LED art, including with animations. The app was easy to use and you can save many different designs in the helmet memory. I never thought that a helmet would spur so much creativity. My kids (13 year old and 9 year old) had a blast creating their own LED art. The screen is large and is visible from far away. I really have to say, the helmet's LED Screen might be one of the best ideas I have seen. The battery lasts a few hours and recharges quickly. As for the actual helmet itself, its a basic bike helmet, provides good protection and its lightweight. There are multiple adjustment straps and its comfortable to use. It says its for adults, but it fit my teenager fine. This would make a great for any biker.

This is definitely a fun helmet which I thought I would use. I was worried I might have picked up a kids toy but this is not only large, it’s huge, like soo huge I can’t use it. A bit frustrating as it’s not even close to universal size. The LED strip is fun and easy to use. The phone app allows you to customize the lights. The remote is easy to use and attach to the handlebar. You could also use this for other sports. Just wished it fit.
