Convenient
The compartments are kinda small. I have to put my fish oil pill in sideways. I got these because of the 3 sections (morning, noon & night). Not because I take pills 3 times a day but because my gel caps were sticking to my B vitamin. Now I have a place to separate them. The outer box is nice because it holds all 7 days. I also really like the fact that I can just take the days that I need when I travel.
