Perfect fit for plus sized person!!!
I am always nervous buying one size fits all items because they don't. I am 5'6" and a rather round person (3X normally). I usually cannot breath or move my arms in them. This fit fantastic!!! It is still loose on me. I love the look, the snaps aren't stretching. It is perfect for a halloween costume and will be warm after halloween for lounging around. Even my live guinea pigs seem to like it!! I can't wait to show it to my students!!

but when I took it out it smelled like someone wearing heavy perfume had tried it on previously
The product came in a sealed package, but when I took it out it smelled like someone wearing heavy perfume had tried it on previously. The hood with the face is pretty heavy, and the image on the package was creepy. Guinea pigs DO NOT have tails, I don't know why there is one on this outfit.Overall it fits, it seems like it will be warm (especially if I wear something under it), and will be good enough to wear to a drunken pajama party.

I love this more than I should.
I bought this to wear to a Halloween party (my husband was a mad scientist and I was his guinea pig,) and I didn’t take it off at he end of the night. Then I wore to bed again the next day. And then just sometimes on my day off. It is ridiculously comfortable and equally adorable!Just be sure you wash and dry as directed! My husband put this in the dryer and made some of the fur all gross looking.

Almost perfect, but I think I came close with some modifications
I noted that other reviewers had noticed the bonus tail, which we all know that guinea pigs lack. So, in the process of removing it, I was headed for the trash with this little white tail when I took a closer look at the ears. Again, we all know that guinea pig ears are kind of ruffly and elongated, not pointy like the ears on the costume (which reminded me of deer ears). So, I started my own modifications, which can be seen in the attached photo. These are the steps that I took, and I'll try not to speak too much in "sewing-speak":1) I ripped the tail apart and removed the stuffing. When I say "ripped", I mean use a seam ripper to remove the stitching, not to yank and tear it apart. I laid the two white pieces aside.2) I removed the ears, turned them inside out, and ripped them *most* of the way apart. There is a fairly straight seam which runs along one side that I left in place, but removed all other stitching. I then flattened the ears along the straight seam.3) Putting the "right" sides of the fabric together (e.g., the fluffy sides, not the smooth), I put one white tail piece and one ear piece together, following most of the curvature of both pieces. I then sewed the mostly curvy sides together with brown thread.4) Some folks may not choose to try this step, depending on materials availability. I cut two pieces of fabric interfacing, medium weight, to go inside the two pieces that were sewn in step 3.5) I inverted the two "new ears" so that they were right (fluffy) side out, with the seams hidden inside. I then put the interfacing that I cut in step 4 inside the "new ears", and loosely stitched the bottom together, rolling the bumpy white bits and the raw brown edge so that the fabric edges were hidden on the inside, and hand-stitched along that edge.6) I then went to go and look closely at my piggie's ears. (Go ahead and do the same, and then come back.) Notice that at the front top of the ear, it curls around slightly and downwards, and there's of course that very noticeable wrinkle in the middle-ish area of the ear.7) I then looked at my "new ears", with the white side facing me. I took the top 1/2" and tacked it down with needle and thread on both sides, to make that top little curl, along opposite sides of each flat edge.8) Continuing, I pinched together the "new ear" at the back along the seam in the brown fabric that was originally sewn at the flat base, which causes a pleat in the ear. I then sewed this pleat (which also helps to hide the seam) for about 1", so that the white stuck out and the brown seam was hidden, for both "new ears".9) Since I had no idea where to properly place the "new ears", I decided to start with the folded pleat right behind the top of the white fabric on both sides (along the line of the towheaded puff of fuzz). I took two bedroom pillows and stood them together long sides facing, draped the head over the pillows, and used pins to approximate the location. I ended up running from the white fabric on top, along the sides, and about 4" away from the brown portion of the eyes.10) I then hand sewed the "new ears" in place. I also tacked down the bottom of the ear pleat to the head so that it wouldn't flop as much.Take a look at the photo and see if it's worth the time or not. (It's shown as draped on the two bedroom pillows.) For time, this took about 2 hours from start to finish, and there was some head-scratching along the way which is not present here that should save some time. The only materials that I used other than that which came with the costume were brown thread, a needle, scissors, a seam ripper, and a bit of interfacing. I suppose that if desired, one ear could be all white and the other ear could be all brown, but my preference was to hide the seams in the back.I think it looks much more like a guinea pig now (and less like a deer), and so all in all, I'm ready for Halloween!

Bought for my son
Bought this for my son after his cousins bought a few... he LOVES it. I have to peel it off to wash it. It's true to size (supposed to hang a bit), warm, good fabric, the hood is spot on for facial features of a guinea pig. I washed it on a regular was cycle, and set it flat to dry, and it came out of the wash perfect. Our pet guinea pig is the same colors... now I have twins. ;-)

Easiest costume ever
My daughter wore this as a Halloween costume this year. We modified it - I cut the eyes out and replaced them with black netting so she could pull the hood up and still see out. She could have easily layered a coat underneath had it been cold this Halloween.

It was a little bigger than expected...but it was perfect!
I have had this product for a couple of months now,and it has passed my expectations. It does fit good but it was a little loose, which is perfect for me.It is very soft and comfortable, but it can get warm after a while. It has pockets on the sides, which was a bonus. This onesie is very durable,I have worn it a lot and it doesn't show signs of wear or tear yet.I will buy one (probably more) of these again in the future!

Looks awesome, legs a little short
The guinea pig head on this costume looks great and I got several compliments on my costume this past Halloween. It would be nice if it had eye holes so you could see with the mask pulled down, but I appreciated the practical nature of the costume which allowed me to keep my face uncovered so that I could still drink without a bulky mask getting in the way.The one negative is that the legs on this costume were a little short for me (I'm 6'2") and only came down to mid-calf level. I had read this complain in some other reviews, so this wasn't unexpected and I also bought some brown furry leg warmers to deal with this shortcoming. My leg warmers didn't exactly match the brown of the costume, but still looked pretty good.
