Offers Something for Everyone!
I ordered this book before it was released because I have always enjoyed Cindy Huggett's work in the past. When the book arrived and I read it over the weekend, I wasn't disappointed!I'm giving this book a 5-star rating because it's direct, easy to read, gets right to the point of the information you want and need, and has something for virtual trainers with a variety of levels of expertise! If you're brand new to virtual training, the "Guidebook" will provide you with everything you need to get your virtual training program off the ground...from business goals and choosing technology, to preparing facilitators, participants, and managing the myriad of logistical considerations! As an experienced virtual trainer who has been mostly responsible for managing the full training experience, I especially appreciated the logistics chapter which is full of tips and things to think about when you have more people on your team to delegate duties to.
