How thick are the wires?

Roughly 22 Gauge wire. 0.027"/0.72MM OD of the wire.

is this 2A per wire or total?

The 2A is the total current the device can handle. I’m using it on an RC tank to enable the turret to rotate 360 degrees. The current draw is a small amount.

say i have a camera that i want to spin 360 deg. there is no through hole to mount the servo. how do i spin both camera and slip ring?

Fix a screw on the rotor and the camera to it.
