The collar stays straight up and the various sizes are perfect for the various shirts. I like that this comes in the carry case. They have the magnets stored with a circular depression, so they fit absolutely perfect when you are storing or traveling with them. I was surprised that they used such quality magnets with this set. They definitely didn’t cheap out in the quality. And avoiding the TSA pat down because of the metal is great.
