This is the first time am using black seed oil in capsule form, its a 1000mg of compressed black seed oil in each capsule. 2 caps a day is recommended dose. Have been using this for past several years(oil), good to maintain a healthy body, comes with various benefits, has cure for many diseases if used continuously in right porportions. You can easily find black seed oil(kalongi) at half this price.

Because of its potency it may irritate the stomach.7 to 8 black seeds are recommended but this single capsule may be of 2 to 3 teaspoon oil black seed.They should offer in small quantity so the buyer can try before buying the complete bottle.
