Easy to retrieve information, plainly written and well organized. Worth the price Review: Used for college and actually want to keep - The books required for college in the United States are generally grossly overpriced, excessively windy with their wordage, and intolerably boring. This book was none of these things. It gives all the information on Constitutional Issues that a police officer should know before his first day on the beat. It is current with the times and explains not only what the law is currently but how we got to where we are and why. It's hard to admit this, but I actually enjoyed reading this text. In addition it is priced reasonably.
