The chair overall quality is decent for the money asked however got a defective piece and the push back freeze mechanism inst working as intended to as the bottom fixture has bigger hole than it shouldMay be seller can help as i assembled it after return window got over!

Good one, but some of the screw alignments are not correct
Got it delivered as expected and good packaging, but backside unable to put all the 3 screws because of the hole and screw alignment is not straight, secondly for people 5.6 ft above will have some challenge with hanging the legs, there is not enough room to keep the complete thigh and rest your knee.

Not meeting expectations
I am writing review after using it for 2 month. I purchased it for the comfort to work from home. It created back pain for me. Not possible to adjust back support as there is no slot below to do it. Side support completely loosened. Nutt and bolt came out.Better to go and purchase from store near by you.

Very good quality chair and easy to assemble
Very good quality chair and easy to assemble. Took just 2-10 mins to assemble it and use. Looks sturdy and very comfortable.

The meshback is coming out
The chair has been sparsely used since I bought it. Only started using it now after lockdown started. The meshback has already started coming out of the bracket and I can see that it was simply stapled on to it. 3 staples have come off, rest are already coming loose.

Assembling was a pain because of mismatching holes which aren't easily screwable
While assembly, the holes are not online to be screwed with other parts. Had to use drilling machine to make them inline arranging which was a pain. They shall check before sending items which are not easily assemblable.
