Food Journal Paperback – November 26, 2012

Received this Food Journal today, and I'm really disappointed. When I purchased it I had wished they showed at least one image to show what the inside looked like, but decided to take a chance anyway .... turned out that wasn't the best idea. The spaces to write down your foods are very small, but even worse imo is that there are so few spaces provided for each meal. An example ... I sometimes have a large salad for dinner with all kinds of veggies, shrimp, sunflower seeds, of course the dressing, and so on. Well in this Food Journal there are nowhere near enough spaces to include all this, so I don't see any point in it. So the search continues :(

This journal is easy to use has all of the areas I need to put my information for journaling my weight loss progress I just love it.
