Ad says 24 watt but it appears to be only 18 watts. The red "on" light is very small - tough to notice at times whether it's on or off.

Works well but the item description says it has auto shut-off & it doesn’t. 👎🏼

Bought this because the ad said it cut off after 4 hours. It does not.

Mis-representation of safety feature... supposedly UL 3 prong plug, it came in with only 2 prong. No way to control temperature so I have it a1 star on "Temperature Control". And the cord is 4 inches short.... suppose to 63 inches as advertised, it's only 59 inches.

Everything I expected and more. Keeps coffee hot and also works as a candle warmer ♡♡♡

I love the color, the slim size versus my other warmer and the on off switch.

It Really does keep my coffee hot!
