A: I havent noticed any health benefits, but they are delicious. I go through a 5oz jar a month. I use it for Hot & Sour Soup.

**Q: Are they sprayed with pesticides or herbicides? Who certified this mushroom as organic? I don’t see the label for organic?? Thanks**

These are interesting, the swell up nice and big, rubbery texture. Absolutely no flavour at all though. Still made a nice visual topping
