This is a reliable water flosser. I have had this one for over 3 years and used at least 2 times a day. One of the charging prongs weakened and broke off when I cleaned it or this water flosser would still be going. I found the speed and pressure to be very good, and it cleaned my teeth profoundly better than flossing. It has been easy to use, easy to charge, which remains strong and lasts for days into over a week. One suggestion is to be sure to protect the charging port by using the rubber plug that keeps it dry while in use. Otherwise, water will cause corrosive buildup and shorten the life of this water flosser. I am purposely purchasing it again because I had 3 years of very satisfied use and hope to gain even more now that I know to plug that port consistently.

Worth every penny! Great battery life, power and accessories. Tried a cheaper one before this and threw it out within 2 months.

I have used the water flossers for years. I had used the name brand one until it died and I decided to order this one and give it a try. It was a lot less expensive. I works just as well as name brand and it is 3 years old and still working great.

The item stopped pumping although the motor was running after two months. They stood behind the defect and replaced it immediately. Great service!

I love this product it is very easy to use! It holds lots of water and has great quality. It is easy to travel with and has great options for heads!

Very very good, except I worry that the waterpressure isn't NEARLY as adjustable as it should be and that it could cause some pretty nasty damage if you use it carelessly.
