Quick and easy to use, apply 2 coats day 1, apply 1 further coat on day 3 and again on day 5, remove and re-do day 7. The instructions advise to use it for 8 weeks if for treatment only purposes.I have been using Blue Cross cuticle remover once a week and CND solar cuticle oil 3-4 times a day. Once my nails are at a good length i will continue to use this as a base coat with whichever coloured polish i use. It’s so good, you do need to have patience because obviously the nails won’t grow instantly but ordinarily my nails are really weak and bend easily but with this they have grown really strong, they feel as strong as they do when I’ve had several coats of gel on which is amazing. I’ve seen they do strengtheners in different colours too which I’ll be trying next because I do miss having colour on my nails. I used a cuticle oil regularly with this as well which probably helped.
