This has become a daily staple in our home. My children absolutely love the taste and texture—it’s so easy to give them because they think it’s candy. I work in healthcare and am in close contact with patients on a daily basis. On top of that, I have 2 kids in school. I constantly feel like I’m dodging colds and sickness left and right. This year was a good year for my family and I, and the main difference was that we introduced these gummies in our household. First of all, they taste great and they’re easy to chew. Whenever I feel a tickle in my throat or know I’ve been exposed to something, I take them. We’ve all noticed a difference. I’ve tried many elderberry products over the years, and this is my favorite one so far.

I’m on my second bottle of these. I bought the first bottle locally at a health food store and the second I ordered off amazon for a better price. A few observations -I can’t take the full four gummies because it gives me a horrible stomach ache. I take up to three a day st different times. I really enjoy the taste and was surprised to rea dother reviewers didn’t like them. - the adults in my house take these and the kids take a different brand marketed for kids. We have all been healthier until this week when a stomach bug hit us. I’m usually the first one down but I haven’t caught the germs yet. I’ve been taking these more regularly than anyone else and we’ll see if I come out without getting sick or not. So far I feel healthier on them and I’m the only one to not catch this stomach bug. -it makes my joints ache. I know that sounds weird but my joints started aching shortly after beginning these. I’ve been reading about it and elderberry can Flare up any immune disorders you have because it puts your immune on hyper overdrive. Many years ago I had tendenitis, I’m surprised to feel it come back on so strongly despite the fact that I don’t run anymore. So that is a downside but a sign it’s working. -the fiber does mess with my digestive system. It reacts the same as any other high fibrous food. - it has actually increased my thyroid function. My current thyroid medicine became far too strong for me while I was taking this and I’ve been able To lower my dose of thyroid hormones so That’s awesome. Overall. It works. It does what it promises to do which is increase your immune system. It’s also harsh on the body. Start with only one gummy and work your way up.

This is a strange little product. There are supposedly health claims regarding elderberries, but I can neither confirm nor deny them. What I do know is that these dark blue, mostly flavorless (and a tiny bit bitter), overly chewy gummies have become a house favorite. My oldest daughter steals them every time she comes to visit. My youngest daughter eats a bunch of them when she stops by (both are at college), usually leaving the cap on the counter. You can't really eat them alone. I add a gummy vitamin C just to balance out the flavor, and I fully admit to be too old to eat gummy vitamins. Still, they're kind of addictive. Take it for what it's worth. Recommended. 5/5*
