Melts Makeup Right off of My Sensitive Skin
I really, really like this makeup remover. I have sensitive skin and have tried several makeup removers, often I end up with irritated skin and a minor rash. I have had no negative reaction to this formula. I only need a small amount on cotton ball and even waterproof makeup comes right off. Great purchase.

Effectively removes light and non-waterproof makeup.
As a makeup artist, I'm always looking for new and more effective makeup removing products. This product worked well enough. Like most eye. makeup removers, it utilizes oil which helps breakdown most makeup products, so the product separation is totally normal. Just make sure to shake the product well before using. While this was extremely effective in removing eyeshadow, lipstick, and even foundation, it was no more effective than a drug store makeup wipe when it came to removing waterproof mascara. I needed to use multiple cotton pads soaked with this product to remove all of my mascara. There are similar products on the market, but for the quantity and price, this is a deal.Would recommend this for people who wear light makeup.

Off, Off Darn Mascara
Make up pad remover has been a staple in my home for many years. I have found that washing off mascara does not work for me. The mascara gets all over mybwashcloths and often my towel. I use makeup pads to remove my mascara and eye color, and then go on to use my favorite facial cleanser to clean the rest of my face.I found this facial makeup remover works very well for my eyes, and I will continue to use this. I do like my makeup pad remover for travel, but I do prefer the cleansing this makeup remover provides.Recommended. prisrob 06-30-18

Does good job removing makeup
This made-in-the-USA Beauty Rules bi-phase makeup remover does a good job removing makeup. It is considered dual phase because the oil phase loosens makeup and the water phase washes it away. It needs to be shaken well before each use. It does not need to be rinsed off. It contains glycerin, which leaves face feeling soft and smooth. It is non-GMO and is free of Gluten, parabens, phtalates, sulfates, alcohol and fragrance (it does have a slight medicine-type odor). The only negative I found that it is a little pricey compared to some brands, such as Garnier.

Gentle on Eyelashes
I normally use makeup remover pads because they seem less messy and work well. This makeup remover by Beauty Rules works well too. You have to shake it up to mix the oil in it. I put some on a cotton round and it worked great at removing my mascara. It was very gentle on my lashes. It also wasn't messy since the spout just lets out a little bit of product. I was happy with this product, but still prefer the pads for travel and convenience. Recommended.
