Excellent Quality/ Very Fine Granules
The bag was filled to the brim with panela and the granules are very fine. (There were maybe 2 or 3 lumps of sugar, but they were tiny.) This powdered version is a life saver since the solid cone ones are a pain to work with. The panela tastes amazing; I can't have my coffee without it. The puerquitos I made also turned out great. I'd give this more stars if I could. I'll be coming back for more.
