Oh my stars!!!! I suffered for over a year with the most annoying nonstop itch at the nap of my neck at the hairline. Nothing helped. Good ole search on Amazon and I ordered this awfully stinky stuff. IT IS A MIRACLE. I used it for five days in a row and now once a week and ZERO ITCH. ZERO. Amazing.

Just used this product for the first time today. The smell is absolutely horrid and definitely not great for people affected by strong smells or asthma — I am both of these and struggled to get through my shower and needed to use my inhaler afterwards.HOWEVER. THIS NASTY STUFF WORKS! I powered through my shower and was actually so impressed when I dried off and checked my scalp. The Psoriasis flakes and redness were totally subdued and any flakes that remained were just sloughing off in my hair — the most troublesome spots were completely clear and the major redness I had was a dull red, almost pink. I’m so relieved.After reading about usage online it does say it’s better used specifically targeting the scalp and trying to minimize how much gets in your actual hair which is definitely easier said than done if you have longer hair. I used Native conditioner afterwards which smells great and unfortunately that didn’t help the smell at all. So while I’m definitely walking around with an invisible gas cloud, it’s a step in the right direction. If you’ve read this far… don’t give up, you will find a product that works for you, even if it smells like gasoline.

Like every one who has tried this, I agree this stuff stinks like a gym rubber mat floor. However, considering the reviews and the fact that it’s medicated taken into account, I have to say it works. I notice on the first initial use and have used it four times since just about every other day or every other three days. Less flaky, less itchy and skin getting better. New users be aware your significant other may not want to be in the bathroom while you use this. Will continue to use this after having tried various products that do not hold up to its claim. This one works.

Not sure what caused my itchy scalp, but I'm prone to psoriasis and cracked hands so I gave this a shot. Itchiness was greatly reduced after 1st wash on day 1 and completely gone after 2nd wash on day 2. The smell was a bit off putting, but worth it.
