The bag was torn with tape circling it to cover one big hole and plenty of other little holes to go along spilling dirt everywhere

Excellent growing medium - I'd look at local options first
Pro-Mix BX is an excellent growing medium. I've used this product for at least five years and love it. I was shocked to see the p r i c e s on this website. When I saw $100+ bucks for the 3.8 cu ft. size I shopped locally and purchased this same product for $67.00 including tax.
