Since I don't metabolize B12 normally, the skin patches were recommended. I've tried three different brands of patches, and these seem to be the best for me. Of the "little brown circle" style patches, these have (unlike the others) consistently adhered to the skin without either falling/rubbing off or leaving a rash when taken off. The delivery of B12 can vary from patch to patch, but not nearly as wildly as other brands. The "white square" style patches seem to be more consistent in the dose of B12 delivered, but leave a rash on the application site. This brand is a very good balance between others available ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ How about that! They work! *by N***K on Reviewed in the United States on November 4, 2019* My (adult) son told me about these. I thought, "Yeah, right." But I decided I'd give them a try.I've been very surprised! On the days I use these, I have a lot more energy.I usually clean the area behind my ear with rubbing alcohol and a cotton round first. That makes it stick better and stay in place all day. I gave five stars for "Flavor" because I didn't want to lower the rating... although there is no Flavor involved with this product. You just stick it behind your ear. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I must get *by T***H on Reviewed in the United States on February 23, 2021* I love the product had to order again I definitely feel the energy. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/79968379-b12-patches-natural-energy-patches-to-boost-energy-and-overall](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/79968379-b12-patches-natural-energy-patches-to-boost-energy-and-overall) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
