This is an awesome product! I am almost dead in 1 ear, so when I sleep on my good ear side, I can't hear my normal alarm and always worry. With this, it has a strong vibration and you put the disc under your pillow, and it plugs into a regular socket. Then it connects by bluetooth to your phone and you set an alarm through an app you download for it. It works great!

The unit goes in and out of Bluetooth range even when they phone is right next to the device. This means the alarm won’t always go off and I can’t change my alarms when they aren’t connected. The app is crap and the Bluetooth connection is crap. Wish I would’ve gone with another brand. UPDATE: the unit no longer syncs via Bluetooth. I’ve had the product for a month

The app can be a little obnoxious when it constantly leaves a notification about you not being connected to it when you unplug it or leave your house. I'm sure there was a setting to change that. The alarm actually works really well though. Shakes the whole bed and has a loud alarm. My boyfriend works offshore on a loud boat and usually sleeps through alarms, but he hears/feels this. Worth every penny

I was skeptical of the product, since there were a lot of negative reviews on it on the web. I own the regular Sonic Bomb alarm clock with the wired vibrating puck that goes under the pillow, and have been using it 5 days a week for over a year, and haven't had issues with it. I now need something extra for when I'm on call to make sure I wake up to phone calls on the work phone. It's worked so far, even though it's only had to go off 4 times in the last month. Maybe since I don't use it on a daily basis, it's still working with no issues? Maybe it shouldn't be used on the daily? I dunno... I still use the original for my daily alarms, and the Bluetooth one for when I'm on call. No issues so far. If I do end up with issues, I'll update this review..

Didn’t experience any issues connecting with the phone app/staying connected. The vibration does a great job waking me up. The feature to vibrate for phone calls is super useful for work. Good product.

I have purchased 2 of these. The first lasted about 8 months the 2nd about 3 months. Unfortunately i did not register the devices for warranty because most of the time warranty claims are a waste of time. The app is ok at best if you can deal with connection issues, it doesn't update for daylight savings, and make sure you have your volume up. My overall opinion is the product will wake the dead but the lifetime of the product sucks and the app makes you question if it will work. Will not buy again. Definitely going to a different brand

Why does this product have an iPhone app but later state that it is not compatible with iPhone? I bought the product and the app it pairs for a second but goes to “connecting” and “connected” constantly. This is ridiculous.

SUPER POWERFUL! I'm a deep sleeper and I set it in the lowest setting and wake up every time. Put in pillowcase under pillow. Has never disturbed my partner, on lowest setting. Highest setting is measured on the Richter scale, may cause minor to major damage to your building. Wish there was a setting or two lower. Probably shouldn't use in San Francisco.
