Buyer beware: this charger lasts about 3 months before you will have to buy a new 1. Ive bought 4 and decided it was time to try a different brand/maker. I gave full stars because it does work great while its working. But yhe power cord always get broken from how you hold the switch while gaming over time. I am a heavy gamer playing for many hours and the wiring just can't hold up. It's cheap. It needs a better design so holding the cord in one position over time wont fire the internal wiring of the cord but most chargers if not all have this issue given enough use.

Great replacement for the OEM charger. The power supply is consistent. Compatible with dock and unit directly. It's easy to use, just plug and play. Durable, size is normal, and an excellent value for your money. Used this on the generic docks that charge controllers and the unit altogether. This works great and charges all attachments simultaneously. Drop that like in the comment yo!!!!!

Good working

I got this as a replacement charger as my daughter is always taking the chargers for her own switch. My biggest concern was whether or not this is going to cause power issues with compatibility, as I heard a lot of horror stories early on about charging a Switch without a Nintendo "official" charger. So far, been using this now for a little over a week with no issues. It works well with my dock, and charged my switch up quickly without any issues. Looking at the reviews on here, it didn't look like others had issues, and I figured that's probably a good enough sign that this isn't "bricking" consoles out there. The packaging was nice and professional and the charger looks very similar to the original, so would say overall very happy with this. No concerns or complaints, I feel like for the price, you can't beat it, so long as it doesn't brick my console at some point down the road, I think this will serve me well! Would recommend as a replacement charger for yourself or for a kid who keeps losing their chargers!
