have painful hands and they are hard to twist... nobody else has this problem

These are a Beautiful set. They work well. The only problem I had with them until I figured it out. When you are done using the grinder you need to click it back the opposite way or the salt and pepper will keep coming out on your counter top, table etc.. Now that I figured that out I love that quality about them. They are a Beautiful set, I Love them and would definitely give them as a gift also.

Tried multiple adjustments and good get just about no salt or pepper to grind. Plastic and cheap. Had similar set years back and they were quality solid metal and worked great. Modern world at work.

Is simple to use. Just grind, flip over & close and nothing falls out onto the table!

I use quite a bit of pepper while cooking and this grinder is perfect. It puts out a generous amount of pepper with each turn, and is consistent. After buying many pepper grinders I have finally found a good one!

These Mills work like a champ! I'm very happy with them. The pepper does get stuck occasionally, but it's easy to clear up.

Very tasteful, elegant shakers — many compliments.

The ceramic gears are junk, takes 30 minutes of arm wrenching twisting to get anything out of the pepper mill. Their older versions with the metal gears are far better and the ones I have still work, however, the bottom ring broke off. These are so bad I glued the older one back together and stopped using this garbage.
