My pain management doctor recommended for me to take a turmeric supplement. I found this brand and chose it because of it's higher concentration and that it was organic plus had no synthetic fillers like most of the other brands. I've switched to an all organic diet to help with the inflammation in my body. Even the rice filler is organic which is important to me since I'm avoiding any unnecessary chemicals. I've been taking this for 2 weeks and the difference is night and day. 90% of my pain is gone. If I miss a dose I can tell right away, because the flare ups start. I'm so happy that an all natural supplement can help me so much. I'm done getting epidurals and taking RX medications. The next option for me was surgery but I've pushed that off for now. I've even been able to get back into the gym and I feel great. I highly recommend this to anyone in pain. It's helped me tremendously!! I'm sure it'll help you too. I have chronic pain syndrome, bursitis and tendinitis from years of weightlifting. I have to take several pain medications and muscle relaxers daily with no relief. I used this product for one month. It worked great and lowered my pain considerably! I was able to stop taking my pain meds and am very happy!Since I know some will ask, Prior to taking this supplement I had tried another brand that was half the price. I had no relief at all and they would not refund my money. Then a friend recommended this ACE brand to me, said that this brand helped him most. They were right and I like that this product is organic and has a higher concentration of the Curcumin extract than all the other brands. I didn't know the importance of the higher curcumin extract, but I do feel the difference.

As a physician I recommend turmeric for a variety of medical conditions. This is the best turmeric supplement I've seen on the market and would suggest it for anybody who is interested in starting a natural (and vegetarian) anti-inflammatory.

Well, I don't take this product, but my wife does (I got it for her). She's got pretty severe sciatica issues at times, and thus far, this is the BEST remedy we have ever tried for her issues. Two days after starting this, she noticed HUGE improvements. She's tried all sorts of remedies, and nothing has helped thus far like this Turmeric. I was pretty skeptical to be honest, because, well...it's a root , but after all the things we'd read online about it, I figured we'd give it a go. Glad to have purchased this stuff. We always prefer a natural approach.

taking 3 capsules i have had stomach issues. tried to spread the 3 capsules over a day, but taking the capsules in this manner does not provide the same reduction in my back pain. that is why i ask the question, does each capsule have 1/3 of the serving size? i have had to stop taking over the counter pain med's and prescription pain med's. so i was hoping the turmeric would be able to relieve the pain, i have tried several brands that require 2/3 capsules and i got the same stomach issues. yes i have followed the suggested times to take the capsules

My physician recommended for me to take a turmeric supplement. I chose this brand because all the ingredients were organic and had no artificial ingredients like fillers and preservatives. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer a few years ago and am in remission after completing chemotherapy. I've very careful with everything I eat. I've been taking this for 2 weeks and feel great. I have more energy and less aches and pains. My physician also recommended turmeric to help boost my immune system. Hopefully I don't get the flu this winter. Will update my review then.

I had shoulder surgery and was looking for better ways to treat the inflammation than typical anti-inflammatories that are hard in the stomach. A friend said Tumeric could help so I thought I'd try it. After a lot of research and studying of ingredients I settled on this organic one. I am not sorry at all!
