CamelBak Podium Bike Squeeze Water Bottle Smoke, 21oz

Bough a few of these for my kids and myself to use on mountain bikes. Good quality overall, cap is great, plastic is high end. Fit well in our bike bottle holders, easy to squeeze for my kids. Light initial plastic smell (like any other plastic bottle). I just washed them with dish soap, rinsed them and left them full of water overnight. Dumped that water and the smell is gone. Water now tastes great, no smell. The only complaint is my 5-year old daughter doesn’t have the finger strength to turn the cap open/shut. But my 7-year old son can do it. I wouldn’t get this for little kids, but great bottle for bigger kids and adults, and would buy again.

I have one of these bottles in my car, one in my bedroom, and one by my living room chair. I am sick to death of the crappy one use water bottles sold in stores. The plastic bottles are so thin, i swear they distort just from looking at them. Also, their caps are so tiny, most of the time I take one off, it slips out of my hand and flys across the room.The water in the store bought bottles just fill these Camelbak bottles. I find that the lever to open and close the Camelbak bottle is a little awkward for me. But hey, I dont close them, when lever is in the open position I can drink from the bottle, and it does not spill when dropped .

I love CamelBak bottles -- best I've ever used -- loyal customer. But these bottles are quite a bit smaller than the ones I've used in the past. I can often get away with carrying just one of my old bottles, but with this new smaller size, I definitely have to carry two. This might be better for smaller people with smaller hands, but there should be an option for clydesdales like me.

Love the squeeze feature and the locking top without the need for a lid! Great bottle!

Searched far and wide.....for the perfect (easy to hold, low noise, easy to dispense, leak free, sealable) massage oil bottle! Found it! The leak proof sold me on this one. Flippin' love it. ❤

I've heard it from plenty of people, but it really hits home as you start throwing away other water bottle that got nasty and you couldn't clean them or they break - These CamelBak Podium bottles are just the best. They are super easy to clean after a ride - I usually just pop the silicone piece off the inside and give everything a once-over with a bottle brush and straw brush for the nozzle. I have needed to completely take the nozzle out of the lid before and clean all around it, but even that isn't too much of a hassle and it's above all POSSIBLE, which is more than can be said for most bottles. They're just really thoughtfully designed and I can't say enough good about them.

While the new version is much easier to clean it is near impossible to open the valve without Unscrewing the top. A lot more dirt/ sand gets in the mouthpiece as it is wider and the rubber bite is much more fragile as two of my three (owned about a month) have already torn or ripped off. I liked the old design much better. Also the gasket on one has already worn out causing water to continue to leak out. Not impressed.

Like it but not for bike riding. Not to easy to open and close while riding bike. 🚴 but for other uses it works great.
