Also, they are indeed very well made and contrary to some other reviews, they are quite sharp. We used them at Thanksgiving and recently at a holiday party and everyone commented on how nice they were and how sharp they were. And the wooden case? While it's a fairly basic wooden case, it's not really poorly made, and it perfectly stores the knives. Lastly, my recommendation is to hand wash these knives as I'm not sure the dishwasher would be best in the long-term. For the money, these knives, along with the case, are a true bargain. You won't be sorry purchasing them.

I bought these steak knives because they appeared to be nicely made and they were silver to better sit beside my wife's silverware on the dinner table. Beautiful knife set in a lovely wooden box. These are sharp enough to handle a decent steak. They feel nice in the hands and look expensive. They washed well in the dishwasher and they have a nice weight to them. I feel they will be durable and be used for many years. We needed some new steak knives but I didn't want to pay a fortune for them. These did the trick for us.
