Are any of the grass fed not ultra pasturized (just pasturized)? those who worry and want ultra don't realize the nutrients lost!

It used to be low temperature pasteurized and non-homogonized (cream on top). Around 2020 they changed to homogenized because people were afraid of the milk solids on top they are supposed to shake, and even worse they did ultra-pasteurized at high temperature which completely ruined this product and it’s taste and nutrition. It is terrible compared to the original Grassmilk, we stopped buying it.

Is this type A2 milk?

Hello! Organic Valley is a cooperative of about 1,800 family farms located across the country. Each farmer chooses which dairy breeds that they want to work with, and will often cross-breed to select for a variety of advantageous traits found in multiple breeds. We know we have a percentage of A2 in our milk supply, but at this time we can't make any official claims as A2 is a licensed brand and the testing for A2 in milk is patented. Our farmers are not currently required to test for the presence of A2 protein in their cows. Milk from each local farm pickup route is pooled together at regional plants.
