Herb Pharm Herbs on The Go Portable Spray, Bed Time 1 Fl Oz

My acupuncturist recommended this blend, and I was worried it might leave me "hungover" in the morning, because I tend to be very sensitive to such things, but it doesn't at all! I'm in a stressful season of life and was having a hard time sleeping more than 4-5 hours a night, so I would feel really "crunchy" during the day, and then wired-tired at night. This spray has not only helped me look forward to good sleep every night, it has also "softened" my nervous system so even when I'm light on sleep (due to external circumstances now rather than internal ones) I don't get that crunchy feeling. I keep it next to my bed and take it nightly (along with magnesium glycinate). It tastes great! Like cardamom.

Everything in relation to your health is about chemistry. What works for one person doesn't work for another. Everything you ingest from drinks, food or medications it's all chemistry. I tried all kinds of herbals and prescription medications and nothing works without side effects. I get incredibly sick from Melatonin and other things I tried leave me feeling groggy or with a terrible migraine. I have a very sensitive system.I'm happy I found this because it works with my chemistry. One negative about it for me is bothers my throat a little. I wish it wasn't made with alcohol but maybe the herbs chemistry work better by being extracted with alcohol.The final result is ....I slept like a baby!

Herb Pharm has another winner! I rated this five stars for the formula as opposed to the delivery mechanism. I take the sprayer out and use a dropper to add it to water. The suggested use is to keep it by your bed and spray without getting up. I prefer to mix it with a little water as the spray was a bit intense for my tongue. Otherwise, the formula is great! Most sleep herbs are bitter and unpleasant. This is the best I've used so far and the flavor is decent. When I'm tossing and turning and can't get to sleep or get back to sleep, this helps do the trick. Thanks, Herb Pharm! I'm happy to be supporting a "local" company here in Oregon.

As directed I spray 4 times in my mouth one hour before bed. If I wake up in the middle of the night I'll do another bunch of sprays. Very effective.

First, this works great to help me sleep,my issue is that the spay bottle quit working the second time I used it. My next order the same thing happened. I had to purchase a little spray bottle to put it in so I could use it. It is very frustrating that it happened twice.

I have had issues with insomnia for years. I am totally shocked that this worked. I hate the taste but a small price for me to pay in order to sleep. I do take more than recommended but started with the recommended doze. I went up (2) squirts a night till I found the correct amount. I currently use 10. I will purchase this again

Rarely works so not worth the purchase. Unfortunate waste of money I didn't have to waste.

After being on prescription sleep pills for 11 years!! I went to this and I may have to take several times at night, but I am getting my sleep ...NATURALLY!!
