A great product for athletes
This is a great product for athletes or very energetic type of people. I noticed that I needed to drink at least 500ml of water after a snack or meal when taking it. If one tablet is swallowed with less than 500ml of water it becomes slightly intoxicating. It is a good product for hard working professionals or athletes and it is worth purchasing as long as you know you are eating the right nutrients and continue having good meals.

Contents might be good, but you need to swallow them.
Difficult to swallow, really chalky and sticks in the throat. If you imaging trying to get a cat or dog to swallow a pill that's what I felt like here. Capsules or gummies are easier. In terms of the quality, can't really say, I got fed up choking them down and bought a smaller tablet.
