Micro Band, 5 lb. Resistance

I bought these in October 2019, when they were $3.50 per band. At the time of this review, they are listed at $13.65 per band. I'm not sure if this was an error earlier, or a price hike now. At $3.50, they're worth it. The same resistance of band made by EliteFTS was then (and still is) listed at $15/band on Amazon ($4/band on EliteFTS's website, but you pay significant shipping for such a small item), so I figured I could afford to replace a cheaper one 4 times and still come out ahead. They have held up fine under a month of near-daily use, and show no signs of wear or needing replacement. This level of resistance is great for shoulder health work and other minor isolation exercises, not heavy loading with accommodating resistance barbell exercises anyway. At $13/band, I'd just buy the known brand name with EliteFTS. I have other EFS bands and they've lasted for years.

I utilize these bands during rehab sessions with high level college athletes. They are perfect to add enough resistance to challenge them, but no an insane amount like all other bands. I would recommend these to anyone and everyone

Great band. Does the job. However there is a warning on the bag that it comes in that is covered in latex. It has a smell but as long as you don’t mind that ( which I don’t) it’s totally fine

It's a great band, same as we have at the gym - but i received 1 when was under the impression i was ordering 2. It looks like in the past other buyers have received 2.

Great purchase!! Exactly what I was looking for in a smaller band. This is great for warming up and stretching!!

This is such a convenient product. I take it with me wherever I go, especially to work. I use it to do some accessory is work on my breaks.

I lost my Elite FTS band and replaced it with this one. I use it every workout to stretch my shoulders. No complaints.

Powerlifter/bodybuilder here. This orange micro band is awesome for rotator cuff work such as y's t's face pulls etc. Also excellent for great upper body stretches. I found some sick stretches on mobility wod for those interested and tired of doing doorway stretches. Id use a thicker band for lower body stretches.
