The adapter was built well, however it was sloppy (had too much play), in the 5th wheel on the truck. I am not satisfied with it. Will Wallace take it back?

i bought this product for use on a medium duty tow truck to make the 5th wheel attachment more adaptable i used this product for the first time to move a doubled stacked gooseneck trailer[ around 12,000lb] for broken down trailer transporter. this ball is able to pivot with the 5th wheel hitch and i was aware of that but when it pivots under a load it let the gooseneck trailer pry the ball loose and let the trailer come completely of of the ball and the trailer coupler was still in the locked position, luckily this time it did not cause any damage but the first use will be the last for me so to sum it up this product is dangerous and could cause major damage and should be recalled i would send mine back but its past the point of no return 200$ plus wasted, please be aware if you own one of these it is possible to come disconnected and cause the loss of property and human lives

This is a one piece design and compared to others for less money I would choose this for the quality at a greater cost! This is used in a Rental Yard, so we prefer something made well.
