Poorly packed. Figures Box was not in good shape.
Well the product is looks awesome 5 stars but box is damaged, has razor cut acrossed the front, a back bent bottom. Some of the accessories are lose on the inside.

Replacement is perfect
I bought this a couple weeks ago and it was terrible. Nothing fit, andpnce I took something off I couldn’t get it back on. I decided to get it replaced hoping to have just got a bad one and the new one is perfect! Just wanted to let you know I’m case you got one of the defective ones. Just have it replaced because my new one is great. My 4 year old who loves chucky is so happy! Lol

KnockOff product. Disappointing.
It's questionable on whether this product is giftable. If it's to be used as a just toy then sure it's an ok gift but it is not a true collectable. It's a knock off if the NECA brand collectables. I didn't realize it until my son opened it. He compared every piece to NECA. Some pieces aren't too bad but the important pieces like THE FACE , THE CLOTHING, are splotchy paint jobs and not actually well sculpted figures. Very shoddy. Very disappointed. I will be sure it says NECA ,(I thought it did but doesn't say that now in the description) from now on.

That swapping the joints is almost impossible
I want to really like this. I'm an amateur collector of horror. I wanted to love this but the poor machinig or molding of the ball joins make it near impossible to swap out the pieces without worry of destroying the paint or PVC. I tried for.over 30 minutes to carefully remove the head just to find the ball joint was stuck in the wrong socket of the replaceable head.

Small plastic masterpiece
Amazon asked for the rating of warmth and thickness of this small plastic toy which made my day ;) This is a must have for any household that has always felt that the one thing missing in their lives is a 4" tall Chucky. I can't stress enough that you absolutely need this item. It's a great item for Christmas to leave around the house and pretend it's moving on it's own to scare small children.

Well made collectable!
Very detailed. Super well packaged and presents well on a display shelf. Gave this to my son for his birthday and he loved it.
