Vv good Product acc. To my FMT SPECIALIST PHYSIOTHERAPY. The Stretch and adhesive of this tape is v good. I took a bath and got it applied by physiotherapist . It lasted one shower and about 36 hours before I could peel it off easily, Without any sticky adhesive leftover on skin . It's a non latex formula which is great for my sensitive skin . The online tutorials in the application are very easy and informative!! Great job I Have tried the other brand commonly available online and wasn't satisfied, so ordered this as well. V happy to find this brand !! Thank you therabrand :)

I have using this tape for 3 months. Excellent tape and it lasts for 5 days ever after taking bath

Excellent product , using it for elbow neck and knee support ,sticks well , last upto 7 days with heavy workouts and water usage as well , edges don't peel of , gives a great support , the quality of tape is excellent having used a few others I dont think so I will shift to any other tape .

Good but not Excellent. It lags in Quality from Kniesologytape brand. Could hv been better.

KT tape from theraband is always my best choice over other tape in the market. As I already posted in my previous review on Theraband kT tape, I always believe in product quality than its band name. The Amazon.in also my one of the best E-shoping media as I get not only opportunity to choose among wide range of product But almost all local and international brands are available. It's service is also good in comparison to others (except a few). Over all pricing is also less (considering shipping and COD charges etc.) plus delivery is much First.

Seems to be a better option than KT tape due to its ability to allow us to gauge how much we want to stretch the tape by looking at the hexagon.

It stays put until you are ready to take it off. I even went swimming and it stayed on. However, if the tape is wet from swimming and you put on jeans, you may get a little blue coloring on you. I peeled it off slowly after 4 days with no problem. You have to read the directions. Put it on with no stretching at first, then stretch, then no stretching at the end. It's a good product.

This is the best k-tape I've found - I've tried several brands and this is the best for adhesion and comfort. It makes a huge difference to my arthritic knee.

I'm very surprised to see all the reviews talking about it not sticking well.. this stuff STICKS! (Taking it off in the shower helps remove it fyi) I had tried the KT brand multiple times with no luck, it ALWAYS peeled and rolled up. This stuff only rolls on the edges on the rare occasion that I don't rub it down well. In my experience, the trick is to give it a good rub after it's applied so the heat activates the adhesive. I've kept it on for four days before without it getting messed up. (And I have a very active job) I also love the stretch indicators; I never knew before if I was stretching it the appropriate amount, and this helps me a lot. I highly recommend this brand - I don't think I'd use any other! Picture is of 2 day old tape. You can see it's fraying a tiny amount on the edge, but it doesn't come off and I've never had it fray any more than what you can see in the picture. :)
