Strong, not crazy strong, but very strong indeed
Super strong magnet. Tryed on an alloy and stuck pretty good. All true iron steel is hard to remove from magnet.

Amazing security sensor removal after years
I had a shirt I bought. Moved. 2 years ago. Went to stores to return it but well known brand said contact online. Who has time for more returns?! Had the stupid security sensor with dye. This worked to remove it. Thank you to all the reviews! Strong magnet. Will keep!! Highly recommend!

Very strong magnet โ great for pickup and metal retrieval
Iโve been using this DIYMAG 2 in (50 mm) magnet for several weeks, and overall itโs a solid heavy-duty retrieval tool. What I liked: +Power: This magnet is genuinely strong for its size โ it easily picks up nails, bolts, screws, and other ferrous metal pieces from the ground or workbench. +Build Quality: Feels well-constructed and solid, with a robust metal coating that hasnโt chipped after repeated use. +Eyebolt and Handle: The integrated eyebolt makes it easy to attach a rope or tether, which is handy for magnet fishing or accessing hard-to-reach places. +Versatility: Works well indoors (garage/yard cleanup) and outdoors (pond bank magnet fishing). What could be improved: -Weight & Handling: Because itโs quite powerful, itโs also a bit heavy โ beginners may need a moment to adjust when pulling in larger or awkward scraps. +Real-World Pull Force: While advertised as 350 lbs, actual pull strength depends heavily on surface material and contact area. In many real scenarios, the effective holding weight is significantly lower โ but still very strong for its class. Overall: This magnet is a solid choice if you want a heavy-duty retrieval tool for workshop cleanup, magnet fishing, or picking up nails and hardware. Itโs strong, well-built, and worth its price if you need high-power magnetic pickup.

Good enough
Iโm powerful for it size, but I donโt feel like it was as big as I had anticipated was good for finding nails in my yard but wouldโve been better that have been wider

Love these
Need to be aware that the surface an thickness of metal your sticking these onto has a big effect on their hold. Put it on a screwdriver or rounded side of propane tank and it holds alright but not near advertised strength. Tie rope to it and stick it on smooth side of a thick steel barge on the river and itโs a BIG BIG difference ! It will hold boat my 17 foot boat in current just fine.

Inexpensive but powerful magnetic solved my tape erasure problem
I had a large number of audio cassette tapes that needed to be erased before disposal. The number of tapes involved made recording over the contents of each tape impractical. I wasn't sure that magnetic erasure of a tape's entire contents would be possible with just a few passes of the magnet over the tape, but it worked perfectly with this powerful magnetic. The low cost of this magnet made this a very cost-effective method of erasing the tapes. Thanks for solving this problem for me for around $10.00.

decent magnets but far weaker than advertised
I picked up these magnets expecting something close to the listed 350 lb pull force, but they arenโt anywhere near that strength. In my testing, they couldnโt reliably hold even 5 lb on a clean, flat steel surface. For light tasks theyโre fine, but the advertised rating is extremely unrealistic. The build quality itself seems okay, and for small projects or organizing lightweight metal items they work as intended. Theyโre compact, easy to handle, and consistent from piece to piece. Just donโt expect them to perform anywhere close to the stated pull force. Overall, theyโre usable for light-duty applications, but the strength claims are so far off that I can only give them three stars.

Be careful
These are STRONG magnets, as advertised. Ive been using them at work for almost 2 years. They are very dangerous in proximity to each other, not a joke. I dropped one 10 stories and it left a 1.25" divet in the asphalt and survived unscathed. Satisfied 100% after nearly 2 years
