You will be in pain. You will walk like a 60 year old. I wear an 8-8 1/2. I bought the 8 and couldn't even get them on my feet. Returned them, got an 8 1/2 and it was horribly uncomfortable. I have the Captain Storm Kings and the Challengers and these are by far my favorite boot. I manage a retail store and walk on concrete all day. These have been great. Usually go with Redwing work boots because of comfort but these have replaced them. They also look extremely nice and can be dressed up or down.
