These definitely work, when used properly. I was skeptical at first and would have been content with even a marginal increase in volume, but they exceeded my expectations. First off, drink more water. If you want to produce more fluid, you need to take in more fluid, it's a matter of fact. Lots of the negative reviews mention headaches. The problem? Not enough water. If you're having headache problems you probably weren't drinking enough water BEFORE the supplements, so you definitely need to ramp up water intake while taking them. (This is such and important step it should be included in the directions.) Another problem people describe are nausea or stomach problems. The bottle specifically states take them with food. Just like any prescription medicine that says take with food, it's for a good reason. Taking them right after a meal is best practice. Also the bottle states, "for optimal results take 60 minutes before working out." And "do not exceed more than 4 per day". So I take 2 everyday with either breakfast or dinner, and when I anticipate I'll be working out with the wife I try to take 2 more with a snack 1-2 hours before. If I know I'll be doing a solo workout, I also take 2 a couple hours before. I usually do 2 hours before instead of 1 giving them a little more time to work their magic. The results are stunning. I produce massive loads with 2-3 additional pumps or contractions more than I do without. The contractions are the best feeling when releasing, so more contractions means more of that amazing feeling. The volume is insane especially if you already know how to load build via edging. No idea why some people are reporting results only after 2 weeks of use, they worked for me on day 1, just stick to the formula. Extra water, 2 a day with food, 2 extra 1 hour before workout.

Works 100% I already nut loads but this makes it go 5x that making it look like a volcano .!!!😁 definitely recommend it I’m 19 and impresses the women just make sure to each with food take about 2 days to kick in after that it’s chill eat with food if you can beat the horny that comes with the pill you’ll be fine !!!!! Worthless, does absolutely nothing. Been on it for a month does not do as advertised and gives no added energy. Not worth buying.

Takes days if not weeks for pills or supps like this to take effect. Way better stuff out ther for same price if not cheaper. This is not viagra or cialis. And if you don’t have: 1- Proper head space 2- healthy heart 3- days for whatever supp to take effect 4- physically healthy and in shape body then work on that before trying to chat your way into being something you’re not. Probably the reason you’re having trouble to begin with

I’ve been using this supplement for a while now, and while I can’t say with 100% certainty how much it’s doing, I did notice slightly larger loads over time. The capsules are easy to take and didn’t cause any negative side effects for me. It also seems to support overall energy and stamina, which is a nice bonus. Overall, results may vary, but I’ve seen enough of a difference to keep using it.

Have been taking for a bout two weeks, started refraining from anything physical for about a week. Lost the streak last night but but historically largest load. Gonna restart and shoot for a 2 months. I know what I must do but I’m not sure if I’m strong enough. Scary movie ceiling scene re-enactment 😭. Have you ever feared your own potential.

After plenty of research before my first initial purchase this product had the dosage and vitamins and minerals that hit the mark on everything I wanted. I have been taking SemaPro nearly everyday since the end of October 2024. Its April 2025 and I have not seen a noticeable increase in my semen volume. I workout 3-4 times a week, eat a balance diet and hydrate. I understand changes in this area can take 2-3 months and its been 4 months. I had high hopes and expectations for this product since it contains the ingredients I was looking for in a supplement and pairing it with a multi-vitamin to target the vitamins and minerals I wanted. Hopefully it works for others out there it just didn't work for me. I'm giving this product 2 stars because it met my needs in regards to its ingredients and serving size
