Atta is good. Chapati comes soft

For the last one year or so, we have been regularly using this atta. So far I have tried 4 or 5 different brands which are organically grown, and I think this is the best by far. Taste is good, and mostly new stock available online and in stores, which must mean, its in demand. Also amazon gives discounts every now and then, so i have been regularly purchasing it from here itself. Recommended to buy 1KG's multiple packets and open only as required, which will prevent fungus and all from spreading to atta.

It's very disappointing such a costly product not well hygiened. We observed minute sand particles in mouth during eating but nothing visible with naked eyes. Giving 3 stars because 1st time I observed this issue. Otherwise its good product. But they should focus on hygiene part.

btw amazons transport services are really pathetic as many times the atta reaches me with spillage as the packet is torn I am not alone in this respect , if you check other reviews you will find this problem with other buyers as well . The atta had not only spilled into the box it had spilled over and covered other 2 Items .
