Good buy
We bought this wheelchair for our 13 year old son who is having foot surgery and needs to be in wheelchair for two weeks. The first thing that struck me is how lightweight this wheelchair is without feeling flimsy at all. It feels secure when you sit in it and is easy to manoeuvre, whether you are seated or pushing it. We have borrowed one previously from the British Red Cross which was so heavy to push around, I was actually scared of not being able to hold onto it when going downhill, but I can see it won't be a problem with this chair as it is so light and it has two handlebar brakes. It is also easy to fold up and store. Overall great value for money and ideal as an occasional wheelchair.

Very Good Value.
If you want a wheelchair for light/medium use then look no further...this cant be beaten for price...cost three times as much as this at our local disability shop. It saves transporting my grandaughters heavy electric wheelchair down when she visits us and it does the job. She uses it in the living room as a chair as well in conjuction with an adjustable table for computer and games. Took five minutes to set up as you only have to pull open the wheelchair and slot on the leg rests and rear pavement wheels...which we dont use. Delivery took only three days. Excellent.

Does exactly what I wanted
My husband has Parkinson's disease and this is great to move him from A to B with little effort and get him out in the fresh air

Good quality for the money
Very easy to put together, pretty much completed. Strong but definitely much lighter to push and lift in and out of the car!

Very fragile
After a year of occasional use, one of the axle assemblies broke so that a wheel would fall off. Very disappointed not to be able to buy a new axle. Will now have to buy a new wheelchair but it will be a better quality.

Not good value
Although described as lightweight, this turned out to be significantly heavier than the chair we had previously been using, making it awkward to load and unload from the car.Soon after purchase, the lever to release one of the folding handles broke off in normal use. Shortly afterwards, the left-hand brake lever snapped, again in normal use. I contacted the manufacturer, who refused to help me source replacement parts on the grounds that they "do not deal with the public". I suggest that in that case, the public would be advised not to deal with them.I would not buy products from this manufacturer again.

Nice chair for occasional use
My son pushed me all around Bruges for a weekend for my 82nd birthday in this and it was a lot more comfortable than the cheaper chair that we got from Amazon a couple of years ago.Overall we were quite impressed with it.It has foot rests that flap out of the way very easily with little clips that release to allow them to also be moved out to the side and folded back around against the wheels. The brakes seem to hold well and it rode over rough ground better than the last chair. The seat belt seemed extraneous at first but then getting up a steep step into a restaurant it was nice to have it to avoid feeling that I might slide out forwards as my son backed us up.It's not as comfortable as a far more expensive chair that I have once borrowed but for the price I can't see it being beaten.
