So yes, a good diet is important but for me way more important is this soap. I wash one or twice per day and wash my neck, chest, face, ears, eyebrows, etc and let it sit on my skin for about 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool, not hot, water. Also, try to not scrub and rub facial skin too hard. Both hot water and scrubbing made my rosacea worse. Worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This stopped the flaking skin in my beard and eyebrows from coming back. *by S***P on July 31, 2026* Given time, this makes a difference on your skin. I have some weird dry skin patches in my beard and eyebrows that got flaky skin. A dermo told me that it might be fungal and they could write me a script but it would be better for me to just see if over the counter zinc soaps might do the trick. They sure did! While I don't know if they "cured" it, but the patches have stopped appearing or appearing as badly as they did. My skin feels and looks much healthier now and smoother than it was. I got my daughters using it and I think I can see a difference on their complexions as well. With the three of us using a single bar in the shower to wash our face, ears and neck, this lasts about a month. Which isn't that bad. The soap lathers up pretty well, but not super sudsy. I tried the one with "shea butter" in it and didn't like the feeling on my skin.
