I cook my steel cut oats, but for these rolled oats I always eat them uncooked as a cold cereal. For single serving of 1/2 cup oats, I add cup of berries with equal parts strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, then teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon powder, couple broken up walnuts, two tbsp. of ground flax seed, half a banana (or very small handful golden raisins), topped with a few ounces of unsweetened oat milk. It's my very filling personal gourmet oatmeal recipe.
